Dialogue: A Conversation of Art, Space & Icons

10 March, 2026

Euro Creations recently presented Dialogue: A Conversation of Art, Space & Icons at Euro Creations Thonglor 5, celebrating the meeting of contemporary Thai art and iconic European furniture design through a curated spatial presentation within a contemporary living environment.

The event featured works by contemporary Thai artists Somboon Hormtientong and Arjinjonathan Arjinkit, both recognised in Thailand and internationally. Their artworks were presented in dialogue with furniture pieces from leading Italian brands Molteni&C and Poltrona Frau, creating a harmonious experience that connected art, space, and living.

The exhibition reflected a vision of living in which art and design are not separate elements, but integral components of a unified spatial experience. Visitors were invited to interpret space through colour, form, materiality, and craftsmanship, expressed through both contemporary paintings and European master furniture pieces.

The evening also included a special interactive programme, offering guests the opportunity to engage closely with art through an artist-led workshop. This participatory moment embodied the concept of “dialogue” in both experiential and human dimensions.

Following the event, Dialogue: A Conversation of Art, Space & Icons remains on view at Euro Creations Thonglor 5 until 17 May 2026, inviting visitors to continue experiencing the on going conversation between art and design.

Somboon Hormtientong

Somboon Hormtientong is a contemporary Thai abstract artist whose work explores the relationship between emotion and space. His paintings evolve through layered colour, expressive lines, and breathing voids, forming an inner architecture that reflects lived experience and the idea of “home” as an emotional landscape. Often untitled, his works invite viewers into a quiet and intimate dialogue with perception and environment — a contemplative encounter where art, space, and inner awareness gently converge, evoking a profound sense of calm.

Arjinjonathan Arjinkit

Arjinjonathan Arjinkit is a Thai contemporary artist whose practice approaches painting as an experiential process. His works invite viewers into the immediacy of gesture and material, expanding painting beyond the canvas into a lived spatial encounter. In Dialogue: A Conversation of Art, Space & Icons, his works and artist-led painting workshop created an immersive moment where art, space, and contemporary living gently converge within the domestic environment.
