Moncloud sofa by Cassina
A generous, welcoming refuge that celebrates comfort and hospitality. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, Moncloud is an extremely elegant, versatile sofa, studied to rethink upholstered furniture design with an eye to circularity. The wood structure lifts the upholstered parts off the floor, lending the entire sofa the lightness and softness of a cloud. The fabric upholstery envelops the contours of the sofa, creating a distinctive fold that enhances the beauty of its silhouette. The backrest cushions, instead, are defined by centre stitching that lends a unique, sophisticated aesthetic signature to each module.
Doge Laguna table by Cassina
Cassina celebrates the induction of Carlo Scarpa into the iMaestri collection with a limited edition of 50 pieces of the Doge Laguna table, designed in 1968 by the esteemed Venetian architect, to incorporate the atmosphere of the Lagoon into the piece through the creation of a sculptural work of the highest craftsmanship.
The rippling Laguna waves surface in the extra-clear glass table top in a tribute to the ancient glass art. The sheet is sand blasted to bring a matte finish to the glass and then fired again, producing the distinctive rippled effect. The refinement of the glass is further enhanced by bevelling the top, which thins the contours and forms a transparent crystalline frame.

The Porta Volta Chair by Herzog & de Meuron marks a new chapter of collaboration between Molteni&C and the renowned international architectural firm and long-term partners of Molteni Group. A special edition Porta Volta chair will be featured in the main reading room at The National Library of Israel in Jerusalem. Molteni&C’s sister brand, Unifor, is collaborating on the exciting project by managing the remodeling of the reading room, including all shelving and built-in furniture to ensure the interior components work in harmony.
